President Mahama Unveils Aviation, Education and Industrial Projects During Volta Tour

President John Dramani Mahama has outlined a number of major development projects and policy commitments during his #ResettingGhana Tour of the Volta Region.

The President reaffirmed government's commitment to accountability, warning that any current appointee found to have abused public trust will face the same consequences as anyone else.

He announced plans for a pilot training school in Ho, which will also train aeronautical engineers, as part of efforts to expand aviation opportunities in the region.

President Mahama also said government is working to revive the Juapong Textiles Factory, deliver the Keta Port project, and complete the new UHAS laboratory complex, which he says will become the biggest laboratory complex in West Africa.

He further thanked the people of the Volta Region for their support in the 2024 elections, describing the projects as investments made in fulfilment of government's commitments.
