Texas residents reliving nightmare of devastating floods

At least two people have died in flash flooding in Texas Hill Country, where flood waves surged down rivers and creeks, including the Guadalupe River, which rose 25 feet in one hour as slow-moving storms dropped several inches of rain. CNN's Ed Lavandera spoke to Jake Lamb about what warnings residents received ahead of the flood.
