Why did this traffic cone fly first class?

After flying first class from Glasgow to Boston, the "Boston Cone" received an official welcome. It celebrates the unlikely friendship Scottish World Cup fans formed with the city after bringing a decades-old tradition of putting traffic cones on statues.
