Inflation is cooling, but is the fight really over?

New CPI data showed consumer prices easing, while Federal Reserve Chair Kevin Warsh told lawmakers he intends to make the inflation surge of recent years "a thing of the past." The bigger question now is whether the Federal Reserve will begin cutting interest rates—or continue to keep borrowing costs elevated.
