NDC Central Chairman APOLOGISES Over Alleged Attack On Obaatanpa Radio

The Central Regional Chairman of the NDC, Dr. Richard Kofi Asiedu, has rendered an unqualified apology to Obaatanpa Radio and the media over an alleged attack on the station's premises.

The apology follows allegations that the Chairman, together with some party members, stormed the station and assaulted the Morning Show host and producer during a confrontation over discussions on the programme.

Dr. Asiedu, after engaging with stakeholders, expressed regret over the incident and reaffirmed the need for respect for media freedom and professional journalism.

The Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) has also been involved in efforts to address the matter and promote a peaceful resolution.
