In Sudan, fighters from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) are intensifying drone strikes on the city of el-Obeid, in North Kordofan state. Medical workers face the challenge of treating complicated and severe injuries with few resources. Doctor Amal Khalil Yousif is the director general at one of the largest hospitals in North Kordofan.
