Dennis Miracles Aboagye has dismissed reports linking his interrogation by the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) to alleged GH¢55 million financial and procurement-related irregularities.

Speaking after meeting his GH¢50 million bail conditions and regaining his freedom, Aboagye insisted that the GH¢55 million issue was never raised during his engagement with investigators.

The aide to the NPP's flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, said attempts to intimidate him had failed and had instead strengthened his commitment to serving the opposition party.

Miracles Aboagye was arrested on July 12 at the Accra International Airport and spent four days in EOCO custody before securing his release.
