The Ranking Member on Parliament's Economy and Development Committee, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has questioned the delay in implementing the government's 24-Hour Economy Programme.
He argued that despite what he described as significant financial resources made available to the Mahama administration over the past two years, the programme is yet to see the expected rollout.
