NATO summit ends with awkward parting gift

Rachel Maddow tells the story of Turkey, the host nation for this year's NATO summit, including a handgun and live ammunition in the parting goodie bag for NATO leaders without informing them they were carrying the weapon. Several of the leaders found ways to dispose of the gun. The White House did not respond to a query about whether Donald Trump also received a gun.
