Ukraine says Russian forces hit a civilian vessel near port of Odesa
Ukraine says Russian forces have struck a civilian vessel near the port of Odesa. The Ukrainian navy spokesman says there were no casualties. A ship can be seen ablaze in the area, but it is not clear whether it is the same vessel officials said had been hit. Meanwhile, Ukraine's military says it targeted two oil refineries overnight. The army's chief of staff said on social media that the strikes sparked fires at both energy facilities. Ukraine has stepped up drone attacks on Russian oil refineries in recent months, causing fuel shortages across Russia.
