Jay-Z concert starts hours late after police say fans without tickets rushed entrances

Jay-Z apologized after his Yankee Stadium concert started hours late. Organizers say hundreds of ticketless fans stormed gates and, in some cases, breached security. NBC News' Sam Brock spoke to fans who were there.
