Work has begun to restore human and vehicular movement in Nsuo Na Ano in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region after a deep erosion cut off access to the community.

The damage, caused by recent flooding, disrupted transportation and affected the daily lives of residents.

While community members have welcomed the intervention, they are urging authorities to ensure the project provides a lasting solution to the persistent flooding and erosion challenges affecting the area.

Residents say permanent drainage and road infrastructure improvements are needed to prevent similar incidents in the future.
