Accra Ridge Church calls on churches to raise principled leaders for Ghana

Accra Ridge Church is calling on churches across Ghana to take a more independent and active role in national development by raising principled leaders, promoting practical Christianity, and speaking truth to power.

Ahead of the Church's second 90th Anniversary Lecture on July 15, Auxiliary Minister Rev. Fr. Reginald I.O. Lawson said churches must intentionally identify, mentor, and prepare individuals with leadership potential to contribute to Ghana's development.

He emphasised that the Christian faith must move beyond words and be reflected through actions that transform communities and create positive impact.

Rev. Fr. Lawson also stressed the importance of maintaining the Church's independence to enable it to engage national issues with integrity and credibility.
