‘Always joking’: Joe recalls working with Lindsey Graham

Late Saturday night, Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., died unexpectedly from what the D.C. medical examiner lists as “aortic dissection due to arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease,” or a tear in the aorta that can cause it to split. Tributes are pouring in for the late senator, who is remembered as both a war hawk and a staunch ally of President Donald Trump in Congress. Joe recalls Graham was “always laughing” and “always joking” while they worked together in the House of Representatives in the '90s.
