Severe weather leaves rips roof of apartment building in Philadelphia

Severe microburst storms slammed Philadelphia hard causing windgusts up to 70 miles per hour and path of destruction. Winds ripped the roof off an apartment building and another building partially collapsed. The South is expected to get battered with rain this week. NBC News' Valerie Castro reports.
