Trump's arch ADVANCES with key approval from National Planning Commission

Trump's proposed 250-foot “triumphal” arch near the National Mall just cleared a key approval step. A federal commission chaired by Trump allies advanced the project, despite questions over whether it can exceed D.C.'s 130-foot height limit. The Trump administration argues the restriction should not apply to federal projects. Jake Traylor reports.
