Animal shelter owner in China evacuates dogs and cats amid flooding

In South China's Guangxi Region, animal shelter owner Mo Xingjian waded through floodwater to evacuate animals from his flooded shelter. The flooding follows record-breaking rainfall from the remnants of Tropical Storm Maysak.
