Prof. Rita Akosua Dickson, Vice-Chancellor of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has been honoured at the maiden GTEC Meritorious Awards 2026.
The recognition was presented during the 3rd GTEC Annual Summer School, held at KNUST, in appreciation of her outstanding contribution to quality assurance in higher education and her leadership in strengthening academic standards.
The awards form part of efforts by the Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) to celebrate individuals and institutions contributing to excellence and innovation within Ghana's tertiary education sector.
