“Two Months to Hit 20% Completion or Lose Contract” – Agbodza Warns Contractor

The Minister for Roads and Highways, Kwame Governs Agbodza, has issued a two-month ultimatum to Greenhouse International Development (GH) Ltd. to improve progress on the Have–Hohoe Road Reconstruction Project (Km 0–53.35) or risk having the contract terminated.

During an inspection of the project, the Minister expressed dissatisfaction with the slow pace of work, noting that despite the project being reclassified under the government's Big Push initiative, only 13% completion has been recorded.

“You have two months to bring your project to at least 20% completion, or consider your contract terminated,” the Minister warned.

Kwame Agbodza stressed that contractors must meet their obligations and ensure road projects are delivered within agreed timelines to improve infrastructure development across the country.
