PwC Ghana Country Senior Partner, Vish Ashiagbor, says the era of banks relying heavily on interest income is gradually changing, requiring financial institutions to rethink their business models and explore new ways of creating value.
He noted that banks must adapt to changing market conditions by identifying growth opportunities, improving efficiency, and developing strategies that support long-term sustainability.
