Scott Jennings on his call today with Sen. Mitch McConnell

Sen. Mitch McConnell has been hospitalized for three weeks, and it's still not clear why he was admitted or what his condition is. Scott Jennings, a former senior adviser to McConnell, said he spoke with the Kentucky Republican by phone today.
