We Talk: What do Namibians expect from China-Namibia ties?

Namibian President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah arrived in Guangzhou on July 5 for her first state visit to China since taking office.

A CGTN stringer took to the streets of Windhoek, Namibia's capital, to hear local residents' views on the future development of China-Namibia relations. Local resident Elton believes that bilateral ties will grow closer following this visit, while businessman Malakia Kalandulwa expresses hope that China and Namibia will work hand in hand to boost economic growth in both countries.
