China is a critical partner: Oxford scholar on why Europe needs China

With Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi visiting Europe – Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Norway – the future of China-Europe ties is once again in the spotlight. Robin Niblett, Warden of New College at the University of Oxford, urges both sides to pursue meaningful negotiations, encourage two-way investment, and build more balanced partnerships.
