Belgian FM slams FIFA’s ‘incomprehensibe’ red card ruling #worldnow

Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prevot has called FIFA's decision to overturn US striker Folarin Balogun's World Cup suspension "incomprehensible," warning that any decision influenced by political pressure would undermine football's principles of fair play.

The comments come ahead of Belgium's Round of 16 clash with the United States, after US President Donald Trump confirmed he asked FIFA President Gianni Infantino to review Balogun's red card.
