Top Team USA star to play in World Cup match after Trump weighs in on controversial penalty

FIFA says an independent committee has cleared Team USA star Folarin Balogun to play after he faced a potential suspension following referee's controversial red card. President Trump said he called FIFA's president to call for a review of the penalty. NBC News' Steve Patterson reports.
