Passenger captures seaplane’s crash landing in New York’s East River

16-year-old Khloe Todd captured video of the crash landing she and others experienced as a passenger aboard a Kodiak 100 seaplane, which landed in New York City's East River on Sunday just after noon, substantially damaging the aircraft. The National Transportation Safety Board and Federal Aviation Administration are investigating the incident.
