US Coast Guard orders ship out of July 4th parade

Footage shows the US Coast Guard and New York Police Department directing a vessel owned by environmental group Hudson River Sloop Clearwater out of New York Harbor's Sail4th 250 parade on July 4. The Coast Guard said the ship's banners violated the event's rules.
