Helping outdoor workers beat the heat

How do you cool down a city when the pavement is burning hot? In Zhengzhou, central China's Henan Province, the answer can be seen on the streets, and inside small rest stops across the city. Zhengzhou has been experiencing days of intense summer heat. To keep the city operating and protect outdoor workers, local urban management authorities have launched a summer sanitation response.
