Vance celebrates George Washington at Sail4th 250 in New York Harbor

Vice President Vance marked the 250th anniversary of the U.S.' founding by delivering remarks to troops onboard the USS Kearsage as part of the Sail4th 250 tall ship flotilla, recounting George Washington reading the Declaration of Independence to his troops as the British Navy sailed toward New York.
