Animal sculptures take over Washington, D.C. to spread awareness about global conservation
Sixteen bronze animal sculptures are coming to life in downtown Washington, D.C.
They're part of an exhibition called “A Wild Race Against Time” featuring endangered wildlife like the octopus, Bengal tiger and Galapagos tortoise. The whimsical exhibit is the brainchild of world-renowned artists Gillie and Marc, designed to spread awareness about global conservation efforts. The public is encouraged to climb on the sculptures and interact with them. The exhibition will be on display through Nov. 1 at CityCenterDC.
