America's 250: Guam ball drop held in Times Square to mark birthday

Crowds have gathered in Times Square to ring in America's 250th birthday with its famed ball drop. For the first time, the sparkling centerpiece will shine in red, white and blue and drop at midnight in every U.S. time zone to mark the United States' 250th birthday. NBC News' Joe Fryer reports on the first ball drop of eight representing Guam.
