US President Donald Trump again criticized Spain's commitment to NATO, calling it "not a very good" ally and warning that Madrid "will learn." Speaking in North Dakota, Trump also declared that "Cuba is coming our way" while reflecting on the legacy of the Spanish-American War, though he did not elaborate on what he meant by the remark.
