Venezuela earthquake: Interim president announces IMF support fund

Venezuela's interim president has announced a $200 million reconstruction fund in partnership with the International Monetary Fund to support rebuilding efforts after the country was struck by twin earthquakes.

Delcy Rodriguez says the fund will help finance recovery as emergency teams continue rescue operations.

She also thanked countries, including the United States and El Salvador, for their international assistance as authorities work to respond to the disaster and support affected communities.
