EMS personnel attended to 'unconscious' person at Sen. Mitch McConnell's home, audio suggests

Emergency medical personnel were dispatched to McConnell's home last month to attend to an unconscious person who appeared to be in cardiac arrest, according to EMS dispatch audio.
