Russian strikes on Kyiv kill at least 22 as residents race to stay safe

Russian attacks on Ukraine's capital have killed at least 22 people and wounded many more. Rescuers have been searching through the debris of collapsed buildings for survivors. The air strikes have again prompted people in Kyiv to change their routines in an effort to stay safe.
