Strait of Hormuz uncertainty boosts Gulf ports as ships divert to Qatar hubs

Iran has warned of a “decisive and rapid response” if Washington meddles in the Strait of Hormuz. The uncertainty about the Strait's opening in the past few months has paved the way for alternate routes and other ports to take in additional container ships.
