German prosecutors are saying that Ukrainian state authorities ordered the 2022 sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline linking Europe with Russia. A Ukrainian national, named Serhii K, was charged on Wednesday, accused of helping to mastermind the pipeline blasts. He denies all charges. DW's Matthew Moore has the latest.
