WATCH: Kwakye, a resident and chairman of garages at Adabraka, says mechanics and garage operators are willing to relocate if alternative space is provided following the recent floods.
He noted that the rising water levels in the area are partly due to sand and silt blocking water flow, which has worsened the impact of the rains.
