Two arrested after scaling Empire State Building in daring stunt

A couple is in police custody, charged with felonies including reckless endangerment after they climbed to the top of the Empire State Building midday, drawing crowds with a banner and apparent marriage proposal, as investigators try to figure out how they gained access to the restricted area.
