US homeland security chief defends visa denial to Somali World Cup referee
U.S. Homeland Security Secretary has defended the decision to deny entry to Somali referee Omar Artan, who was due to officiate at the World Cup.
The U.S official rejected accusations of discrimination and added that U.S. authorities presented FIFA with the reasons behind every denial but declined to provide further details.
