Four adults arrested over children found in 'deplorable' conditions in Ohio home

The parents and grandparents of 16 children found in "deplorable" conditions in an Ohio home have been arrested on more than a dozen felony child endangerment charges. Authorities believe the children were kept in a 12-by-12 room for nearly four years.
