Norway's World Cup fans took over Dallas with their famous "Viking Row" in the streets ahead of their June 30 knockout match against Cote d'Ivoire. Erling Haaland scored the winning goal in the 86th minute on Tuesday as Norway edged out Cote d'Ivoire 2-1 to reach the World Cup round of 16 for the first time in 28 years.
