President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has expressed deep concern over the devastation caused by last Monday's heavy rainfall which led to severe flooding in parts of Accra and surrounding communities.
He extended his sympathies to affected families and individuals who suffered losses, including damaged property, displacement, and disruption of livelihoods.
The President acknowledged the scale of destruction and emphasized the need for urgent attention to Ghana's recurring flooding challenges.
