Texas Democrats 'making huge strides' to win Senate seat with Talarico, state party chair says

Texas Democrats are touting new polling that claims Democrat James Talarico is tied with the state's Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton in a tight Senate race. Texas has not elected a Democrat to the Senate since 1988. Kendall Scudder, chair of the Texas Democratic Party, joins "CBS Morning News" to discuss the race.
