Supreme Court ruling 'FUNDAMENTALLY RESHAPES' Executive Power

The Supreme Court issued a new series of split decisions for the administration. The justices expanded the president's executive power and handed down a ruling that could have an impact on the midterms. Today, the high court will hand down rulings on major cases that include birthright citizenship and campaign finance.
