Jewish lawmaker responds to video of protesters confronting him on Gaza

California State Senator Scott Wiener, one of the state's highest-profile pro trans rights / LGBTQ lawmakers, responded to a viral video showing him leaving San Francisco's Trans March on Friday after encountering a group of what he called “over the top extremists.” Wiener, who is gay and Jewish, is a candidate in the race to replace retiring Rep.
