Mexico still wants Chinese capital amid trade negotiations with the US

The United States and Mexico recently concluded the second round of bilateral negotiations to remake the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).

A joint review is underway, and the Trump administration has expressed concerns that China might use the trade pact to bring its goods into the U.S. through Mexico.
