Iran's World Cup captain: 'We fought for 90 minutes, but we don't have a clear mind here'

Iran captain Mehdi Taremi said his team gave everything in all three group-stage matches but fell short against Egypt because of the smallest of margins.

One of those margins, he argued, was recovery time, something Iran has not had the luxury of because of the travel restrictions imposed on the team.
