Global Shapers discuss AI: How can we find our place in the age of AI?
During the week of the World Economic Forum's Annual Meeting of the New Champions, widely known as Summer Davos, Global Shapers gathered to discuss AI, innovation and the future of work. Global Shapers are young people working to drive positive change in their communities worldwide as part of a World Economic Forum initiative. CGTN's Song Chunni, herself a Global Shaper, interviewed them and shares their perspectives on AI and innovation.
The Global Shapers said the true value of technology lies not in how advanced AI models are, but in whether they solve real-world problems, respond to community needs and enable more people to take part in the innovation process. As AI continues to evolve rapidly, they believe young people need more than technical skills. They need resilience, a commitment to lifelong learning, critical thinking and the ability to ask the right questions.
