'From a shield to a sword': Under Trump, it's show me the man, I'll find you the crime

From immigrants and protesters to Donald Trump's political adversaries, legal observers say the administration is picking the target first and then hunting for the crime. “The law is changing from a shield that protects everyone equally, to a sword that can be used selectively against the president's opponents," says constitutional law professor Kermit Roosevelt III.
